Between 2019 and 2021, the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek museum digitized all documents from Jan Tschichold's estate more than 2,000 documents, totaling some 23,000 scans. All these documents are accessible through the site of the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek:

Below the description of each item is a link 'Offnen Medium'. That leads to high res images. An incredibly rich resource for anyone interested in Tschichold's work.
