Printle: A Printing Word Game from Metal Type

Does anyone have any idea who made this.  It is very well made with rotating cylinder inking, with 2 forme rollers inside chase measurement 2 3/4 x 3

Nick, from Cambridge, here in the UK thinks the machine may be a "Regafix" model.

I found a couple of images on the web of another Regafix, shown here.
